How do I screen job applicants in Claude?
Add RightMatch to Claude as a custom connector, sign in, and ask Claude to rank a job's applicants. Claude can then build and send AI video interviews and read the results, all in the same chat. There is no API key to copy.

Set it up
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Paste https://api.rightmatch.app/mcp and click Add.
- Click Connect, then sign in to RightMatch.
- Approve what Claude can do, and you are back in chat.
- Claude Free allows one custom connector.
- On Claude Team and Enterprise, only owners can add a custom connector. Once an owner adds it, members open Settings, then Connectors, and click Connect.

Screen my applicants for [job title]. Show me the top 10 with why each one ranks where they do.
Draft a RightMatch interview for [job title] and show me the questions before you save anything else.
