Yes. Starter is free forever with 100 AI credits per month and the full ATS — enough for a solo recruiter or 2-person team running their first AI hires. No card on file required to start.
Credits power AI work. Sending an AI interview = 10 credits (50 if it includes an exercise). Scoring a resume = 1 credit. The full ATS, unlimited users, and all integrations are free of credit cost.
On Growth and Scale we'll let you continue at a per-credit overage rate (you stay live, nothing pauses). On Starter you can either upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Yes — credits roll over for 12 months on Growth and Scale. Starter credits reset monthly.
Yes. For 50,000+ credits/month, BYO LLM, SSO/SCIM, custom DPA, multi-region deployment, or dedicated CSM — talk to sales for an Enterprise contract.
Self-serve plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) bill via credit card monthly or yearly. Enterprise is invoiced annually with custom terms. Switch between billing cadences anytime in settings.
