How do I screen job applicants in ChatGPT?
Create a RightMatch app in ChatGPT's developer mode, sign in with your RightMatch account, and ask ChatGPT to rank a job's applicants. From the same chat it can draft and send AI video interviews and summarize who did well.
Set it up
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Apps.
- Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
- Click Create app, paste https://api.rightmatch.app/mcp, and choose OAuth.
- Sign in to RightMatch and approve access.
- In a chat, pick Developer mode from the plus menu and select RightMatch.
- ChatGPT Free and Go cannot add custom connectors.
- Plus and Pro need Developer mode turned on.
- On Business, only admins can add custom connectors.
- Set it up in ChatGPT on the web, not the mobile app.
When RightMatch adds or updates tools, start a new chat so your assistant picks them up.
