   Required Skills and Qualifications: 
 
 
  Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and insurance experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and insurance experience
  Active Property and Casualty license
  Dependable Internet access
  Ability to balance inbound phone calls, tasks, and emails
  Comfortably builds rapport over the phone and engages clients in consultative discussions
  Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities
